We’ve learned a lot the past, almost year, since starting KidneyGrub. And…we are still learning and discovering and cleaning things up. What are we doing over the next few months:
1- Making the recipes more printable, easier to find, cleaner to read
2- Making sure all recipes have full nutrient data
3-Adding charts with full nutrient profile to all the products we have listed on handouts and bulletin boards
4- And, of course, continuing to generate great content (gout handout coming, diabetes-renal diet planning handout coming, low sodium handout coming….).
How is this possible? Thanks to the help of the incredible junior and senior students at Texas A&M University and the RD-Mentor program headed up by Kristen Hicks, MS, RDN, LD, I have an army of students helping me make this blog as useful as possible for patients and clinicians. #Renalnutritionstilltastes good @KidneyGrub
