“I love working closely with clients to help them understand the relationship between what we eat and how it impacts our kidneys and health. Each person has unique needs.”
Meet Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a renal nutrition expert that loves helping my clients preserve kidney function with the power of nutrition. There is no “one size fits all” approach to renal health.
I believe everyone has unique needs and targeting these gives incredible outcomes. Nutrition is powerful in helping people improve their trajectory of kidney health.
A little about me: I’m completely, 100% blown away and fascinated by the kidneys. I can’t help it! They do so much and are such an incredibly vital part of our health.
Along with the kidneys I’m also in love with amazing food. Some of my personal favorite foods are sushi and chocolate, but I also adore colorful fruits and veggies like beets, pineapple, carrots, broccoli, and berries. In fact, my first job was at a farm stand when I was a teenager.
We never miss a Taco Tuesday in my house because tacos are my favorite thing to cook. Outside of food, I’m a dog, book, music, yoga, and basketball enthusiast. Although truthfully my favorite thing is my family and two energetic boys.
One of my gifts is communication. I believe in the power of listening to what people truly need to feel supported and achieve their goals.
Because I value balance and know the benefits, I help my clients find balance with their nutrition and lifestyle without compromising their goals for improving their kidney health.
